Train at your own pace with access to a clean, clinical studio, a matted workout area, and equipment including an assault bike, cross trainer, resistance bands, power bags, kettlebells, and free weights.
Whether you’re aiming to get fitter, manage stress or anxiety, or simply enjoy moving more, we’re here to help. Choose from short or long programmes — and if you bring a friend or family member, you’ll both get a discount.
What We Offer
Our Mission

We offer flexible, welcoming fitness classes designed to suit every level of experience and confidence. Our Kids Classes (ages 10–14) provide a fun, structured introduction to fitness, while our Adult Classes have no upper age limit — everyone is welcome to train at their own pace.

Choose from 60‑, 45‑, or 30‑minute sessions, available across 4, 6, 8, and 12‑week courses. With early‑morning and evening classes, plus weekend training options, you can build a routine that fits your lifestyle.

There are no long‑term contracts — simply pay as you train and enjoy the freedom to progress in a way that works for you. Spaces are limited to keep classes focused and supportive, ensuring you get the attention you need to grow stronger, fitter, and more confident.
